The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Vocational Art Design Training Under The Background Of Creative Industry

With the rapid development of socialist marketing economy, Chinese science, technology,economy, culture and art have been completely integrated into the global economy. CreativeIndustry is one of the new economic power in the context of globalization, and has become animportant pillar industry to develop social economy and to meet people’s needs. Art design isan important part of creative industry, and the training of creative designer is the essential tothe development of creative industry.This thesis based on analyzing the essential feature and the creative designer’squalifications of the current Chinese creative industry to investigate the disparity betweenenterprises’ demand and students’ skills. It analyzed the demand for Art Designer who wastrained by higher vocational college, and made a clear position for the vocational Art Designtraining in the creative industry. The current situation and challenge of vocational Art Designtraining have become an urgent problem, which has been concentrated on the aim of ArtDesign training, the reform and implementation of teaching concept, the system of curriculum,the content of course, the mechanism of teaching management, the professional practiceteaching, and the cultivation of the teaching staff. The thesis put forward to cultivateprofessional art designer with creative, high-quality, and complex professional skills in highervocational college under the background of Creative Industry as a countermeasure.
