Luo Zhong Mr Rong is China’s famous composer, his work in the development of Chinese modern and contemporary music has very important influence and significance. At the same time, he also is to use modern techniques in our country the earliest works of composers, especially in his later writing first tried to western modern composing techniques combined with Chinese national music language, has made achievements that have astonished the world. Model of the paper based on the late Mr Luo Zhong rong works, through some of its work, art songs "wade in furong jiang", the band works "I","fragrance","Luo Zheng picture meaning" analysis, study, and analyzed the five tones in the works of change, the application and development trajectory, fully learn and know Mr Luo Zhong rong for the use of the five tones, to learn and understand the techniques gradually, so that they in the creation of learning and using for reference.This article mainly from the Angle of the technical theory of late Mr Luo Zhong rong using modern composing techniques combined with national five music vocabulary technique was studied, and shows Mr Luo will be modern composing techniques combined with folk music elements, and based on this ongoing exploration and creation and artistic accomplishment. Mr Luo usage of modern composing techniques is a constantly adjust and perfect dynamic process, his creativity and inspiration are also contained in the process, if only for a certain work case studies it is difficult to reflect these characteristics. So this article to a close in the form of the four techniques in the works of the identity, will be the creation of Mr Luo to unfold in a comprehensive way in using the modern music techniques on the flexibility and creativity.
