A Study Of Culture Industry Development Under The New Situation

Modernization, economy development, politics democracy, social prosperity andcultural construction have put forward requests on our culture industry. Cultureindustry is the latest strategic way for nation and country into modernizing, and it isthe basic way to achieve the fusion of tradition and modern, nation and world,individual freedom and social all-round development. Culture industry is thehigh-profile and green industry for the21st century, which can not only improve thelevel of people’s spiritual life, but also promote the growth of social economy. Since16th National Congress of Communist Party of China, although our culture industryhad made brilliant achievements, we highly realize the culture industry gap betweenthe developed countries and our country. In recent years, though Chinese economy,international competitiveness and international status have been improved rapidly, wesee Chinese economic and social development which mostly depends on thedevelopment of traditional industries rather than the high production and benefitindustry. Therefore, developing our culture industry, adjusting the industry structureof China is the important current social issue.This paper aims at discussing the present problems and the solutions of Chineseculture industry development under the new situation. Through combing the cultureindustry theory, analyzing the problems of Chinese culture industry and discussing thetypical cases of culture industry development at home and abroad, then, put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions for Chinese cultural industry development under thenew situation. This paper adhering to the guidance of Marxist theoretical system,using the method of dialectical materialism and analyzing the development of Chineseculture industry, hope that we can grasp the inherent law of culture industrydevelopment to guide the formation of correct outlook on life, values, world andcultural view, to promote the development of Chinese cultural industry and theadvancement of world civilization.
