A Study On Countermeasures Of Cultural Industry Development In Luxi Town, Pingxiang City

In recent years, with the development of reform and opening up, there has been an emergence of the unprecedented development climax in the cultural industry all over the country. The culture industry of Luxi town in Pingxiang has begun to take shape, showing a healthy and vigorous development of good posture, vigorously promoted the development of the county economy. The cultural industry of Luxi town has excellent traditional culture resources. The industry is not only faced with good development opportunities, but also faced with unprecedented difficulties and challenges. How to further deepen the system reform, tune the industrial structure and improve the innovation ability is the main difficult problem which needs to solve of Luxi town’s cultural industry development at present.In this paper, on the basis of fully drawing lessons from the existing research results, it adopts the method of combining static analysis and dynamic analysis, from the theory of knowledge economy, regional growth pole theory and cluster theory, we are on cultural industry field trips in the Luxi town, by studying the present situation and advantage of the Luxi town’s development of cultural industry, to find out the problems existing and the insufficiency in the development of cultural industry, and mainly from the transformation of government function, deepening the system reform, tuning the industrial structure, promoting cultural innovation, training talents, perfecting laws and regulations, promoting the zone construction and shaping the cultural brand, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasure and the suggestion, as to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the development of cultural industry of Luxi town. Luxi town has rich cultural resources, the development potential is huge, as long as holding the historic opportunity of the country’s deepening cultural restructuring, supported by the red, ancient, and green special cultural resources, with innovation system mechanism, the market-oriented, increasing energy, integrating and optimizing of resource elements such as capital, talent, technology, and mainly developing of a batch of advantage cultural industry project, fostering a batch of influential and competitive cultural enterprises, building a batch of famous cultural brand, building the great assortment,strong operation, and excellent benefits cultural industry system, Luxi town’s cultural industry can become the important way to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development, and become the pillar industry of national economy.Though analyzing the present situation of the Luxi town’s cultural industry development and its existing problems, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures of industrial development in the future, but the content of the cultural industry mentioned in the paper is not rich, the proposed solutions need to launch the investigation and research in the point of the county’s economic development, these deficiencies are the future research direction. Hope this paper can cause scholars focusing on this subject, and have a bit impact on promoting the national cultural industry development.
