"Yue ji" is China’s ancient system and complete "music theory" and "music education", itsessence mainly has three aspects: one is with the heart, is focused on the relationship between the"music","heart" and the derivative political function;2it is LeLi, namely for musicians andinterpretation; Three is the relationship between reed. On one of the focus of yue ji, this paperargues that is happy with this issue on the relationship between the category. Because of the joyand the heart is as le of philosophy and social and political applications that are included in thebase.
