Cultural soft power construction refers to the innovation and development ofMainstream ideology or values, traditional culture of a country to enhance cohesion,enhance the dissemination of force, and to expand the influence of the mainstream.The quality of education of the people, the all-round development of the people isalways the foothold and starting point of the construction of cultural soft power.Cultural soft power building need to be able to grasp and flexibility in the use of theworld outlook and methodology of Marxist philosophy, and use it to guide a largenumber of talents in cultural undertakings. Marxist philosophy education, based onenlightenment and education activities for the purpose of nurturing people form thequality of Marxist philosophy, to establish a correct world outlook and methodology.It can inspire and guide people to consciously apply the correct viewpoint andmethod to understand and deal with the problem of cultural construction work toaccommodate the requirements of cultural soft power are being enhanced. Marxistphilosophy education can lay the foundation of world outlook and methodology topromote the construction of cultural soft power. And the construction of cultural softpower can point the direction for the improvement of Marxist philosophy education,and provide a more richer cultural resources for it. Thus, exploring the problems ofMarxist Philosophy Education in the sight of the construction of cultural soft powerhas important theoretical and practical significance.This article is divided into four parts:Part one: instruction. Mainly on the basis of combing and Analysis in theResearch of the domestic and foreign scholars on the cultural construction of softpower and the Marxist philosophy of education, clear the ideas as well as the focusof this study, difficulties and innovation.Part two: the analysis of the relationship between the construction of culturalsoft power and Marxist philosophy education. Expound the meaning andcharacteristics of cultural soft power building and Marxist philosophy education,explain the dialectical relationship between the two things, clarify the importantposition in promoting the construction of cultural soft power and role of Marxistphilosophy of education. Stressed that exploration the problems of Marxistphilosophy education in the construction of cultural soft power, including not onlythe spiritual aspect, but also the system aspects (such as the mechanism or system,and so on), behavior (such manner or means, and so on).Part three, the analysis of problems and the reasons of Marxist Philosophy Education under the Perspective of the Construction of cultural soft power. Analysisthe problems of Marxist philosophy education, include the philosophy of education,the current education system, the ways and means in the sight of the construction ofcultural soft power, and analysis the reason why the three problems existed.Part four, the to strength Marxist philosophy education in the perspective of theconstruction of cultural soft power. Elucidate the countermeasures of strengtheningand improving the Marxist Philosophy Education in the perspective of cultural softpower building, and proposed the suggestions as following: deep the understandingof the educational philosophy and value targets of Marxist philosophy; strengtheducational ideology and the spirit of critical reflection; optimize the education andteaching system of Marxist philosophy.
