| Culture is the accumulation of civilization, the important power to enhancing cohesion and leading social trend of though, its marks the social civilization and the comprehensiveness of human development. With the deepening of development and people’s constantly rethinking,Whether a country or a city has been aware that it’s difficult to hold the highest position of competition just based on economy, natural resources,technology and other factors,because the role of culture increasingly needs to be considered. Proportion of culture in the comprehensive strength of the competition system has been more and more big, significance of culture for modernization of the city and its comprehensive strength construction is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, modern cities tend to take culture as the core of strategic competition, but also pay more attention to the essence of culture on the growth and development of human. Consequently, the article based on the perspective of cultural self-confidence regards promotion of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power as the starting point, and the New Lingnan Culture as the foothold, focusing on theoretical analysis of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power and the New Lingnan Culture. At the same time, the writing try to explorer the present situation of the New Lingnan Culture construction,research its effect and countermeasure to the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power promotion.The article consists of five parts, the background and significance of this study was pointed at the first part, the research summary was finished also about the Cultural Soft Power, the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power and the New Lingnan Culture. The second part of the article pointed out that the theoretical basis of this study, and the theoretical connotation of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power and the New Lingnan Culture after why is the perspective of cultural confidence.The study, in the third part, founded its theoretical and practical organic connections by discussing the logical relationship and unity between the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power and the New Lingnan Culture after clarifying the theoretical problems, then this paper discuss the effect and countermeasure of the New Lingnan Culture construction to the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power promotion. The fourth part of the article try to use SWOT analysis method from four aspects, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges to present comprehensively the pros and cons of resources, image, value and development of the New Lingnan Culture.The fifth part is the key of this paper, the study created the strategy selection model diagram and the model of strategic competitiveness base on SWOT analysis, and defined the basic principles,using strengths, supplying weaknesses, grabbing opportunities and receiving challenges, to construct the New Lingnan Culture. There are four specific approaches to promote the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power by construct the New Lingnan Culture, the first is tamping the New Lingnan Culture resources rely on continuing the vitality of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power, the second is cultivating the image of the New Lingnan Culture to enhance the attractiveness of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power, the third is promoting the production of the New Lingnan Culture to guarantee the competitive strength of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power, and the fourth is modeling the value of the New Lingnan Culture to solidate the fundamental of the Guangzhou Cultural Soft Power. In this way, the study can return to the meaning of the topic of this paper. |
