Research on calling and sympathetic inspired by psychologists and sociologists have more and more attention in the field of moral emotion, altruistic behavior is regarded as the highest realm of prosocial behavior, which helps to establish and maintain good social order, also contribute to the development of the individual self. The research through3experiments to investigate the calling and sympathetic effects on implicit altruistic behavior. In Experiment1we appeal to scale and compassion scale, implicit altruistic behavior in test, analysis of the relationship between the calling, sympathetic and implicit altruistic behavior. Experiment2used video starting method induced calling, sympathetic and neutral three emotional conditions, implicit altruistic behavior in test, impact analysis of three different emotional conditions on implicit altruistic behavior. In Experiment3, respectively, to inspire calling and sympathetic inhibition, in effect analysis of three different emotion on implicit altruistic behavior under the condition of emotional suppression, through the assessment of emotional inhibition and disinhibition under two kinds of emotional experience, analysis of differences between calling and sympathetic effects on implicit altruistic behavior in emotion suppression and no inhibitory conditions.The results showed:(1) Calling, sympathetic and implicit altruistic behavior had significant positive correlation, inspiration, empathy has significant positive predictive effect on implicit altruistic behavior. High levels of calling individuals are more inclined to make altruistic behavior, a high level of self-sympathy, its Implicit altruistic level is high.(2) Calling, sympathetic internal hidden altruistic behavior has a positive role in promoting. Compared to neutral conditions, calling and sympathetic are improved implicit altruistic behavior of individual, implicit altruistic level implicit altruistic level was significantly higher than that of calling, sympathetic and neutral conditions.(3) In emotion suppression conditions, calling and sympathetic internal hidden altruistic behavior still has a role in promoting. Relative to the neutral condition, calling, sympathetic for the implicit altruistic behavior on individual still has a role, and significantly higher than the implicit altruistic level neutral conditions. Individuals in the emotional inhibition of calling and sympathetic of the emotional experience less than no inhibition under conditions of emotional experience, but the difference was not significant.
