With the development in our economic, political and cultural field, thestudy about interpretation becomes more and more important in the world. Thispaper aims to discuss and analyze the principles and strategies adopted in mycourse lecture interpretation concerning the reform of teachers’ developmentstrategy and training mode in the fundamental education in China.This paper is presented in five parts, containing the introduction of thecourse lecture and analysis for the source text. In the interpretation process Iapply Nord’s Function plus Loyalty Translation Theory in order to realizefaithfulness and reliability in this educational academic text. The concreteanalysis of the interpretation process and reflection is formed from once andagain reading about the transcript and listening for the record. The author sumsup several common errors and problems in the interpretation process, and at thesame time analyzes the reasons and summarizes some strategies. Whenconfronting long sentences the author summarizes some translation skills, suchas diagonal layout for the page; abbreviating procedure strategy and simplifyingstrategy, so it will be easier to finish translation task. For the translation of verbs,we can convert them into nouns, adjectives, prepositions or preposition phrasesby using other types of expression to indicate the meaning of action or verb.
