A Comparative Study Of Chinese Zither With Harp

This paper use Chinese folk instruments-Guzheng and Harp as the researchobject, studies the differences of Origin, shape, composition, the course ofdevelopment, and playing techniques of they. At last, it is analyzing the Unified ofGuzheng and Harp on The spirit of traditional Chinese aesthetics. Under the guidanceof the methodology of social science research, this paper used literature method ofquantitative research to study this subject.In the first part of the article, it is first expounded Origin, shapes constitute withguzheng and harp. This is the premise and foundation for further study. In the secondpart of the article, it analyzed the course of development for guzheng and harp.It warenot only collation of historical context but also another relatively about differentmanifestations for guzheng and harp on the same historical period.In the third part ofthe article, This paper looking into the differences of guzheng and harp within playingposition, playing techniques, range, fingering, and artistic expression characteristics. Inthe fourth part of this article From an aesthetic perspective to see guzheng and harp,depth of excavation the common of they. At last,this paper summarized the spirit oftraditional Chinese aesthetics for them.
