Analysis Of Chen Zhen Duo’s Status And Contributions On The History Of Erhu

Chen zhen duo, one of the famous Chinese musician, Erhu educator, performer, composer, national instrument innovator, music master. He was one of the first students of Liu tian hua, whom foundered the modern professional Erhu School. He receives the national music development and reform spirit of Liu tian hua. Form a connecting link between the preceding and the following carry forward the cause pioneered by his predecessors and forge ahead into the future. He occupies an important position in the history of the development of Chinese Erhu Art. His erhu works, theoretical writings and teaching disciples, which has the profound significance to the Erhu art education. Nowadays, there is no study on MR. Chen in foreign countries, in China, most research articles of Chen are memories, some of them are just analyze one of his teaching material or his compose. Systematic research on Mr. Chen Zhen duo is very little, which is far apart his contribution. In this paper, I will from the angle of history, using the method of material induction, abstract theory, field survey study, and other ways, systematically to research on Chen’s historical contribution and status. Further systematic to study on the important figure in the history of erhu, to make the erhu’s theory more perfect and comprehensive, which lays the foundation for the research of scholars in the future whom studied on the history of erhu, to make the erhu art has a solid base of the discipline.
