Drug abuse is important social problem at home and abroad, the impact of drug abuse on cognitive processing of drug users is an important subject of psychological research. According to the incentive-sensitization theory and dual process model, drug-related cues and negative emotional cues play an important role in the process of addiction and relapse. In the present study, we explore the impact of negative emotional cues and drug-related cues on behavioral tendencies of methamphetamine abstainers utilizing the implicit approach-avoidance task.The first experiment we try to examine whether the abstinent methamphetamine abusers have special behavioral tendencies to approach or avoid the drug-related stimuli compared with positive stimuli,In experiment2uses emotional facial expression as experimental stimuli, to explorer the influence of different emotional cues on behavioral response tendencies. The results show that, comparing with normal control group, the drug abstainer group has significantly differences behavioral tendencies on anger expression condition.The main conclusion of current study is that:methamphetamine abstainers demonstrated significantly approach tendency to drug-related stimuli; show significantly bias toward the negative emotional cues, relatively approach tendency.
