This paper primary uses the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage.It makes a preliminary analysis for Vietnamese university senior oralChniese teaching situation, which includes the learner’s social and educationbackground, teaching situation, the selection of teaching materials, teachingequipment, the teaching strategies and the students’ feedback of the school, etc andputs forward some suggestions according to the results of the survey data, thesuggestions are then tested in the actual senior oral Chinese teaching setting.This article is divided in the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction; it sums up some situations about ChineseTeaching in Vietnam, include teachers’ background, the background of students,teaching equipments, etc.The second chapter explains the questionnaire design, the national ratio ofstudents (Local, Foreign citizen of Chinese origin, others.), and elaborates the plan toimprove some competencies through oral class of students in oral Chinese class,moreover to observe whether the set plan has been successful.The third chapters uses data from interviewing teachers to analysis twoteacher’s teaching methods, and then through statistical analysis learn factors thathave an impact on teaching such as: Teacher’s attitude, teaching method, the currentteaching material, teaching equipment, etc.The fourth chapter through survey combined with the student’s interview on the following factors: the attitude of the teachers, teaching, teaching materials,teaching equipment then analyse the impact these factors have on the teaching of oralchinese class.Chapter five of this article is designing a lesson plan after summarizing theproposal and practice to test the teaching plan’s actual effect.Chapter six is conclusion of the paper. We summarize our viewpoints.
