Abstract:Research development and inheritance of the ancient Jewish culture, will conducive to the deep understanding of the history and current situation of the Jewish civilization. This article through the analysis of the historical narrative of Masada fortress and archaeological materials, from the perspective of social culture, investigation of Herodian and the First Jewish War period of Masada, on Massa to show the history of the Roman empire and the social and political relations of Judaea in the Hellenization and Romanization and the Jewish culture interaction system is discussed. Masada fort shift, to a certain extent underscored the Jewish culture in the context of complex social and political, in the process of associate with Hellenization and Romanization, the history of the selective acceptance of absorption at the same time has always been dedicated to maintain the uniqueness of its culture.
