In recent years, cultural and creative industry has become a hot topic, it is not just an abstract concept, but an emerging industry that takes creativity as the core, characterizes by high knowledge, high added value, high permeability, and low energy consumption, and has huge economic benefits.. Animation industry is an important part of the cultural and creative industries, promoting the development of animation industry can not only enrich people’s spiritual life, provide cultural enjoyment, and form the new cultural consumption market, but it combines other industry effectively, to optimize the industrial structure and promote industrial innovation, further promote economic innovation and transformation in China.According to statistics, on the one hand there are3hundred millions children under the age of14in China, and there are a number of provinces and cities to open the children’s channel and cartoon network.On the other hand the demand of animation programs within a year will reach10,000,000minutes, so15t o35age group of animation consumption in China has become formed. This group of people not only are the most extensive and the most ability of consumers in realistic society,but also are the largest consumer groups of Internet and mobile value-added service.From these aspects, we all see the unlimited business opportunities of animation industry. But compared to Japan, the United States as the representative of the animation industry big country, at present the Chinese animation is still at the primary stage, so few company can form the brand and the industry.so it makes our country having a lot of animation in a career without industry status.Therefore how to promote and develop the Chinese animation industry become a focus problem in China about the development of soft power. Hongkong animation industry with annual number of business income of HK$4,600,000,000exceed the film industry."McDull" is a very successful animation brand in Hongkong, whether from selling the book album and the popular film series, or stationing Hongkong Madame Tussaud’s as the brilliant logo.At same time, because from the beginning of secondary school I prefer to the McDull and has been collected McDull doll, comic books, film, video and so on. These factors give me a great help to write. Analysis the successful dissemination road of McDull and draw some revelation of brand dissemination of Chinese animation,to conclude some opinions of the combination between cultural creativity and brand marketing dissemination.
