Nowadays, cartoon characters have been extended to all aspects of our lives. Cartoon characters occupy a tiny space whether it is the in traditional cartoon TV, emerging mobile terminal applications or major brands. As the leading figure in cartoon art industry, it is not only a kind of visual art, but also a deeper connotation. In the era of brand competition, the cartoon characters not only can close the distance between consumers and brands, but also strengthen the brand in the minds of consumers.With the arrival of the era of entertainment, theme parks have become one of the most popular entertainment industries. As the simple items have been unable to meet the spiritual needs of consumers, consumers desire to know the deeper understanding and recognition of the brand. As the disseminator of brand culture, cartoon characters have played a big role in visual recognition, and atmosphere, being an important channel. Not only for the children, but also for the adults, all of them can enjoy themselves and experience technology and art. Therefore, cartoon characters design is rooted in the brand culture, in order to form a lasting vitality, to max the commercial value, entertainment value, entertaining value and cultural heritage value of the theme park.The cartoon characters design and application of the domestic theme park is still in the stage of exploration and development. Through the exploration of the theme park brand culture, combined with the traditional Chinese art and culture resources, it has a guiding significance to the cartoon characters.
