Since the last century since the80’s, culture teaching in the International Chinese Teaching Cause people’s extensive concern. However, from the point of view of the Chinese language teaching in recent years around the world, culture teaching is often used as language teaching foil, and professor is relatively free, no specific normative reference standards. I combined with my own teaching experience, put forward the "gradient" cultural point of view, think that International Chinese Teaching in cultural connotation includes the content is very extensive, in fact there is a certain degree of "gradient". Culture includes surface, deep, the spirit of the concept of state, aspects and so on, and even the culture also has the abstract meaning over real above, so every culture itself contains the gradient hierarchy distribution connotation, gradient is from the outside to the inside from the shallower to the deeper, such a law, the law is in accordance with the cognitive law in the general.This paper mainly to the Confucius Institute in South Korea’s University as an example, the Confucius Institute in South Korea cultural communication; based on this theory by the way of questionnaire the factual basis, through the analysis of SPSS data analysis of the results of the survey tool, verification in Chinese teaching and cultural connotation of the gradient existence, and based on the property, characteristic analysis and the problems of culture teaching; influenced by gradient of cultural connotation of the International Chinese Teaching, gradient inquiry teaching strategies of culture connotation in the International Chinese Teaching.
