Comparative Study On The Ecological Consciousness Of Ureltu And Chinghiz Aitmatov’s Novels

Since the1960s, an ecological crisis has forced the development of ecological thoughts which was almost involved in a whole field of the humanities and social science. And the ecological literature is a crucial part of the ecological thoughts. With the world-wild ecological thoughts rising gradually sine the1970s, the researches on the ecological literature have developed, and the ecological crisis was focused in those researches. The existence and development of ecological literature have ample reasons and sufficient meaning, which means to reveal the real fact of ecological crisis, employing the profound root of ideology and culture, meanwhile reflect and reform the non-ecological even anti ecological traditional literature. This has positive meaning to advocate the ecological literature and culture, spread the ecological consciousness and promote the ecological civilization construction.Ureltu, is Evenk Chinese writer who thinks deeply into the relation between human and nature with the literature form early. His novels including, Hart with Seven-Fork Horns, Obsecration of a Hunter, Amber Bonfire won him the National Excellent Short Story Award of1981,1982and1983. Old Man and Deerwon won him Excellent Book Award for Children’s Literature in1988. His works are translated in multiple languages as Japanese, English, and Russian. Aitmatov is the best excellent ecological literati in former Soviet Union. His novels like The White Steamboat, Spotted Dog Running On Seashore, The Scaffold and so on display his ecological concern powerfully and impressively, which have a profound effect on Chinese modern and contemporary writers.They share lots of similarities from the living environment to novels’ writing. Both have national minority’s status, whose works are full of national and ecological consciousness. However, the production of Ureltu’s ecological literature is different from Guo Xuebo and Zhang chengzhi who are influenced by Aitmatov deeply. His ecological spirit follows the continued old national literary tradition from the oral to written form.According to compare and research ecological literature of ethnic minorities, it will promote national literature to look again traditional culture and condition of human existence. Therefore, there is a new way to be developed timely under attractions that is national literature on the basis of national tradition and common humanity. In this context, the ecological literature research is a good way out of the tradition and go to contemporary, which could help national literature to undertake the more positive and energetic development.
