Aitmatov 's Creation From The Perspective Of Ecological Feminist Literary Criticism

Eco-feminism theory originates from the feminist movement and the ecologicalmovement, which believes that there is a great affinity between nature and women,considers that the relationship is close between male’s domination to women and human’sdomination to nature, appeals to establish an ideal world in which human coexists withnature harmoniously and women are equally treated by men.This thesis chooses Aitmamov’s works as the main content, using the eco-feministliterary criticism, analyzes text from two viewpoints:"environment" and "gender",discusses the links between nature and women in the works, by the double counterpoints"human-nature" and "men-women", shows readers the proper ethical relationshipsbetween human and nature、men and women.This thesis consists of three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion:The first part is introduction, which mainly gives a brief introduction to Aitmamov,his major works and the research status on it both at home and abroad, points out thesignificance and the right innovation of the analysis on the works from the ecofeministviewpoint.The second part is the main body, which is made up of four chapters:The first chapter depicts the origin and development of eco-feminism and eco-feminism literary criticism, makes a concise introduction to the research of them.The second chapter analyzes and generalizes the ecological elements in Aitmatov’sworks according to the clue of development of human’s view of Nature. In theframework of "cosmocentrism"–"anthropocentrism"–"biocentrism", correspondinglyanalyzes "Nature workship"–"ecological crisis"–"harmonious relationship betweenman and nature".The third chapter analyzes and generalizes the female elements in Aitmatov’s works,introduces his complex of "Woman workship" and the explain the reason. Meanwhile,also raises the problems of oppression to women.The fourth chapter on the basis of the previous three chapters, using the eco-feministliterary criticism, analyzes the natural link between woman and the Nature.In the end, the conclusion part summarizes the contents and construction of thethesis, and discusses the thesis topic in a deeper sense.
