Sergeyevich Prokofiev (1891-1953) is the twentieth Century Russian composer, pianist, in nearly half a century’s time, he who combined the classical with modern co mposing techniques created many excellent works:opera, ballet, symphony, Concerto, s ymphony and song and so on, covering almost all of vocal and instrumental music ge nre."The Third Piano Concerto" was created in the composer lived abroad period, wh ich is the composer representative works, based on Prokofiev’s "Third Piano Concerto" ontology elements--melody, harmony, mode and tonality, form as the research objec t, the elements of the structure of the music ontology as the point of departure, to th e structure characteristics of the elements for the purpose to writing.The paper is divided in to chapters, the first chapter is introduction, the second c hapter is melody structure, the third chapter and the fourth chapter are structure, tonali ty, melody structure. In addition to the first chapter, the other three chapters are the e lements of the structure characteristics of the composition of music ontology, which ar e the focus of this study. The author tries to through the above analysis, to tease out the features and characteristics of structural elements on the structure works, dialectic al unity of creation features and on the inheritance and innovation perspective Prokofi ev this work reflects, in order to provide reference for a more comprehensive understa nding of Prokofiev’s music and music features, for a firm basis making future teachi ng.
