Discussion And Analysis Of Wu Rong

Wu Rong, a poet of the late Tang Dynasty is the object of this thesis’ study, and this thesis is composed of two parts:in part one, Wu Rong’s content of life is the focus; in part two, Wu Rong’s content of poems is the focus.Specifically, in the first part,through the stage division of Wu Rong’s life, the author run a detailed investigation of the behavior and the works of poets of each life stage, and it is clear that during the lifetime of Wu Rong he chose offical career when he was young, stick to it in his middle age and withdrew from it when his old age. For each life state which, this thesis lists the corresponding performance to be self-evident, and also tries to analyze the causes of the state in Wu Rong’s life at this stage,In the second part, the author analyzes the contents of Wu Rong’s poetry from two aspects-vocabulary and types in-depth. Specifically, in the aspect of poetry vocabulary, the thesis studies "rain", tree class vocabulary in Wu Rong’s poetry from the trend of sense, and the tendency of Reduplicated words and numerals from the trend of use; in the aspect of types of poetry, it analyzes Wu Rong’s communication poetry in this category, finds the characteristics of this general type, it also divides Wu Rong’s communication poetry into three subtypes according to the difference of the communication objects and outshow the differences appearance of each subtype, then presents the reason and analyzes the trend of the change.
