Now, mental health has become a theme of widespread attention. Contemporary college students’mental health is a serious problem because of mental health of college students not only affects their own development, but also to the improvement of the quality of the relationship. Freshmen over full of pressure and challenges of the university entrance exam to college, begin to contact a strange and new environment. New way of life*new learning atmosphere and new relationships will give freshman with immature psychological unprecedented setbacks and pressure, and even cause many psychological problems and psychological disease [1] Some research shows that one5of college students are mental health problems, just entrance of new and was going to graduate students moreebulge[2]. Researchers from different angles on the mental health of the related research, many scholars at home and abroad probe into the relation between the mental health and self-disclosureSelf disclosure is to show others your true self information, is willing to sincerely to reveal his own innermost secret thoughts and feelings of the process. Self disclosure is a major parts of normal social contacts, it related to individual and others close relationship with distance and social adaptability. At the same time it in our understanding of the interpersonal relationship for the development of all the personality barrier formation and psychological treatment of the relative effectiveness play an important role. Self disclosure can vent emotion, eliminates trouble and maintain mental balance in individual mental health. Studies show that: University Freshmen’s psychological health and self disclosure a strong correlation between. There are also studies be used to improve high school students’self disclosure of interpersonal relationships, that self-disclosure can serve as a kind of technology application.This study selected eventually sixteen the2010freshmen in Inner Mongolia Normal University, divided into the experimental group and control group, using self-made self-disclosure group training program to improve the experimental group members of self-disclosure level and mental health level. Through this research, hope for the college students’ psychological counseling practitioners to provide reference and basis, also hope to help college students self-regulation. This comprehensive study, the conclusions are as follows:1. Self disclosure group after the end of the training, the experimental group subjects self-disclosure in all dimensions iii audition to personality and physical dimensions, each of the other dimensions have increased significantly, especially in self-disclosure scores significantly, at the same time, the level of mental health has also significantly improved.2. Self disclosure group after the end of the training, the experimental group students’self-disclosure and psychological health level is’ significantly higher than the control group subjects.
