In this paper, on the basis of previous studies and the collection of a large number of corpusanalyses,we make a comparative study on the classification, function, culture, teaching Chineseas a foreign language. Combing the error examples of using these three words by foreign students,we also introduce some relative strategies.There are many kinds of modern Chinese address forms, which are complex. The scientificresearch of these address forms is of great significance to lexicology, pragmatics, sociallinguistics and many other subjects. Presently, there are many different viewpoints in academiccircles about its definition, this paper reviews the basic concepts of salutation and appellation,makes a clearly definition of address form and divides the address forms into two categoriesbased on Mr. Wei’s classification. More details are made to explain the general categories. Thesecond Chapter discussed in details from the perspective of its communication functions usingthe similar structure as above. Chapter Three studies the absence and generalization of addressforms at present, this phenomenon reflects both in kinship and non-relative address forms. Due tothe close relationship between language and culture, the fourth chapter discusses the relationshipbetween address forms and Chinese traditional culture. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the authorputs forward some suggestions to "Chinese teaching as a second language" according to theresearch on the teaching materials and the students. |
