| Objective: To observe the effect of Wen Jing San Han and Huo Xue Hua Yu method(to warm the meridians and eliminate cold, to activate blood circulation and dissipate bloodstasis) on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), to compare the effect of Chinesetraditional medicine soup (major made up of lujiaopian10g, guizhi10g, wuzhuyu3g,danggui10g, chuangxiong10g, yanhusuo10g, shixiaosan20g, sanling10g, ezhu10g,taoren10g) with patent medicine Guizhi fuling jiao nang.Method: Select 45 patient of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Classify them intotwo groups, the former as treatment group (30 patients) and the latter as control group (15patient). 4 weeks made up one period of treatment and all are two periods.Results: Two group medicine all have prominence effect. The overall curative effect,main symptom, subordinate symptom, local medicine examination in treatment group washigher than the control group, have meaning in statistical analysis. In these symptoms,stomach, tiring, feeling cold and stomach after working or in menstruation, the effect oftreatment group is better than control group. But to yaosuan, vaginitis and menstruation,have no meaning in statistical analysis in two groups. To blood circulation, two groups allimprove blood stasis, have no meaning between two groups. To ultrasound B, the treatmentgroup have meaning in statistical analysis between treatment after and before, but have nomeaning to control group. The effect of two groups all increases with the augment of periodof treatment.Conclusion: It is indicated that Wen Jing San Han and Huo Xue Hua Yu method hasgood effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The reason may be correlated with thismethod improving immune function and enhancing pelvic blood stream. The effect ofChinese traditional medicine soup is better than the patent medicine of Guizhi fuling jiaonang, because of Chinese traditional medicine soup can adjust medicine in accord toidiographic symptom. |
