Invstigation In Clinic Of Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflalmmtory Disease (CPID) With Tonifying The Kidney & Soothing The Liver Decoction

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of treating chronic pelvic inflalmmatorydisease (CPID) with tonifying the kidney & soothing the liver decoction to discuss itsmechanism. To provide scientific bases for tonifying the kidney & soothing the liverdecoction’s application in clinic.Methods: 30 outpatients of CPID were treated with tonifying the kidney & soothingthe liver decoction. All Patients are evaluated at physical sign integrals, syndrome integralsand integrted integrals. Observe changes of hemorheology indexes and sTL-2R.Result: The physical sign integrals, the syndrome integrals and the integratedintegrals are remarkedly improved (p＜0.05). CPID patients’s most hemorheologicindexes levels and sTL-2R level has the tendency to decrease and with statistics means(p＜0.05). CPID patients’s hemorheologic levels improved.Conclusion: Tonifying the kidney & soothing the liver decoction can effectivelyimproved physical sign integrals, the syndrome integrals of CPID patients. It is aneffective recipe in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The effect may be achievedby improving the blood rheology and rectifying the immunity dysfunction.
