The Clinic Research On The Releasing Of Mediators Of Inflammation Through Enema With YI-YI Decoction

Objective: To observe the effects and evaluate the degree of the releasing of mediators ofinflammation by enema with YI-YI Decoction in treating the acute panceatitis(AP),thenguess the mechanismMethod: Adopting combinative method of literature research and the clinical trial study.Literature research: Through looking up the classical traditional Chinese medicinebookmakings to understand the pathogen, pathogenesis and therapies of AP by TCM, andget the conclusion that blood stasis is the basic pathology factor. Understanding the treatingprogress and mechanism of West medicine by referring to internal and overseas periodicals.clinical trial study: we observe YI-YI Decoction combining with the synthesizes of treatas the treat group, compared with the control group of the synthesizes of treat from thecondition of admission ,the duration of symptom relief, sign, white blood(cell)count (WBC),serum-amylase,urinary-amylase,C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor(TNF) andinterleukin-6(IL-6). Then, we judge the difference of the releasing of mediators ofinflammation and the result of the acute pancreatitis between the two groups.Result: The difference of Stomachache between the two groups has statistics meanings (P＜0.05)in thefourth day, but the differences of other symptom and sign don’t (P＞0.05). The difference ofWBC between the two groups has statistics meanings(P＜0.05)in the fourth and the seventh day, andthe difference of it’s reduction has statistics meanings(P＜0.05)in the fourth day. The difference ofserum-amylase between the two groups doesn’t have statistics meanings (P＞0.05), but thedifference of it’s reduction has statistics meanings (P＜0.05)in the fourth day. The difference ofurinary-amylase and it’s reduction between the two groups don’t have statistics meanings(P＞0.05). CRP of experimental group kept on reducing in the sever days,but CRP ofcontrol group increased at first then reduced after four days. The difference of TNF and IL-6between the two groups don’t have statistics meanings (P＞0.05).West medicine method combining with enema with YI-YI Decoction is better thanWest medicine method in stomachache relief and decrease of serum-amylase, WBC,serum-amylase and CRP. Conclusion: These results suggest that promoting blood circulation to release blood stasisis very effective in the treatment of AP. Enema with YI-YI Decoction is useful in symptomrelief, anti-infection, improvement of microcirculation and decrease of pankrin and reaction ofinflammation.Then,we suppose that enema with YI-YI Decoction could depress the degree ofthe releasing of mediators of inflammation.
