| Objective:《the experimental study and clinical investigation of Jisuikang curing spinal cord》which prove that Jisuikang can promote the recovery of spinal cord injury. In order to study the mechanism of Jisuikang ,we study the feeling grade, movement grade, and ASIA grade after treatment of Jisuikang, Initially analyze clinical value of Jisuikang。Means: review the cognition of the fracture by modern medicine. Although we have lots of good operative method, the recovery of damaged spinal and cord nerve root is not very well. The shortages are long time of recovery and many sequelas. The author thinks it is necessary to improve the effect by adding traditional Chinese medicine on the base of reading lots pertinent literature.41 patients were divided into two groups at random. One is treatment group, 20 patients are cured by operation with Jisuikang. Another is contrast group, 21 patients are cured by operation with simplex western medicine. Observing the changes befbre cure and after centrums anterior height, Cobb angle, feeling grade, movement grade, and ASIA grade, we assess curative effect of Jisuikang.Result: We observed correlative comeback of Jisuikang group and contrast group after operation, and did statistic analysis. Compared the two groups’ centrum anterior height, Cobb angle, feeling grade, movement grade, they have distinct difference ( P＜0.05 ) except feeling grade ( P＞0.05 ) . This explains that Jisuikang has much better curative effect than contrast group. The merit of Jisuikang are shortening the comeback time, accelerating the comeback of the injured spinal cord and nerve, reducing complication, convenient for attendance. We elementarily consider that operation with Jisuikang have definite actual meaning to treat thoracic vertebra and lumbar fracture with spinal cord injury. |
