The Clinical Research Of The Relationship Between Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis’s TCM Type And Renal Pathological Type

Purpose To explore the relevance between the types of syndrome of the traditionalChinese medicine and the Western medicine clinical classifications and thepathological types of kidney disease in children’s Henoch-Schonlein purpuranephritis.Method Through the clinical observation of 37 cases of Henoch-Schonleinpurpura nephritis, according to the "Zidian" type standards of the State Administrationof Traditional Chinese Medicine and the type standards commonly used in thepaediatrics of the Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu Province, establish the HSPNtype standards of the traditional Chinese medicine and the Western medicine clinicalclassifications, through the kidney biopsy identify the pathological andimmunopathological types, use the statistical methods to analysis the relevancebetween them.Results1、The commonly encountered TCM types of HSPN are spleen deficiency、Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney、Qi deficiency of spleen and lung、wet and heatinside.2、The commonly encountered kidney pathological types areⅢ、Ⅳ. IgA+IgMdeposited is the main type of renal immunopathogenesis.3、The following TCM type is usually together with serious kidney pathologicaltypes, such as Spleen deficiency、Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney、Qideficiency of spleen and lung.Conclusions There are certain relevance between the traditional Chinese medicineand the kidney pathological types of HSPN syndrome.
