Objective:To dete the serum level of total cholesterol(Tc)、triglyceride(TG)、high-density-lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)、low-density-lipoprotein- cholesterol(LDL-C)、lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)], hemotheology [plasma viscosity、whole blood reduced viscosity of high shear stress and low shear stress、stiffness index、red cell deformability index、fibrinogen(FIB)] and d-dimer; so as to comprehend relationship between the above-mentioned indexs and tcm differentiation syndromes of coranory heart disease pations with angina. Methods: 101 patients were collected and divided into differentinal syndrome types. All were accorded with western medicine and《guiding principles for clinic study of new Chinese medicines》. In order to detect the relationship between these indicators and tcm differentation syndromes. A part of inpations were also checked by coronary arteriongraphy to(?)reveal the relation between the level of Lp(a) and the number of coronary artery withResults:1.101 inpations in angina include 19 heart blood stasis syndrome, 14 retention of turbid syndrome, 37 PBS syndrome, 31 no phlegm blood stasis(NPBS) syndrome (24 qi and yin deficiency syndrome, 6 Yin-deficiency of heart and kidney syndrome, 1 cold condensation syndrome).2. The level of TC and LDL-C in the type of retention of turbid were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).3. The level of Lp(a) in the type of PBS group, heart blood stasis group and retention of turbid group was higher than NPBS group(P<0.05). It is no difference in heart blood stasis group and in retention of turbid group(P>0.05). Lp(a) in PBS group was obviously increased comparaed with the other groups(P<0.05).4.The numeric of hemotheology and d-dimer in heart blood stasis group seemed higher than those in other groups. Actually, they had no significant difference by statistic treatmeat (P>0.05). The level of hemotheology and d-dimer in the type of heart blood stasis, retention of turbid and PBS were significantly differences comparaed with NPBS(P<0.05).Conclusions:1. With the changes of the social environment and promotion of the people’s material life, people take in more and more fat-rich-diet and have the habit of indolence. Pathogenesis in angina has taken changes.Excessive syndrome play a important role, especially the Phlegm. Blood Stasis and PBS.2. Blood lipids is closely related to the retention of turbid syndrome in angina. The serum of TC and LDL-C elevation may take one of the objective targets in carica phlegm stagnation group of coronary disease angina.3. The level of Lp(a) in coronary disease angina patient was related to the phlegm-blood stagnating the heart vessel syndrome. And it may reflect serious degree of PBS.4. Hemotheology and d-dimer have a significant relationship between blood stasis and retention of turbid. But these serums elevation can’t take one of the objective targets as blood stasis.5. The level of Lp(a) wasn’t reflect the number of coronary artery with stenosis.
