Objective: To detect Homol ysteine (Hcy).Fibrinogen(Fg), glutathione,blood-fatof 146 Coronary disease angina patients and analyses the relationship of above targets with the four types(cariac blood stasis, carica phlegm stagnation,Qi-yin deficiency,YangQi deficiency) of Coronary disease angina, and to provide evidence for objectify of differentiation of TCM.Methods: we divided 146 Coronary disease angina patients into four groups: cariac blood stasis group(47 simples), carica phlegm stagnation group(39 simples),Qi-yin deficiency group(34 simples) and YangQi deficiency group(26 simples), control group(23 simples). Venous blood of each group were collected, fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) applied for detecting Hcy . automatic biochemistry instrumentation used for detecting ALT, ALB,APTT and Fg ;examined blood Enzyme method applied for examing blood lipid; With the fluorescence spectrophotometric method surveyed plasma GSH,GSSG of Coronary disease angina patients, and carrying on the relevant analysis when compared the above measured value with that of cariac blood stasis group, carica phlegm stagnation group,Qi-yin deficiency group and YangQi deficiency group with coronary disease angina patients。RESULTS: Cariac blood stasis group and carica phlegm stagnation group ofCoronary disease angina patients were obviously increased compared with the other two types(P<0.05 or P<0.01);The plasma Fg level of the coronary disease elevated significantly compared with other cards (P<0.05); The serum TG,TC,LDL-C of carica phlegm stagnation group and other cards comparisons have the extremely remarkable significance (P<0.01 or P<0.05);GSH content and the GSH/ GSSG ratio in cariac blood stasis group and carica phlegm stagnation group reduces compared with other two groups (P<0.05),be inclined to oxidized direction excursion. Conclusions: 1. The Homolysteine may be regard as objective judge evidence of cariac blood stasis group and carica phlegm stagnation group in Coronary disease angina patients. 2. The plasma Fg level has the high value regarding the diagnosis of...
