Community nurse who was thecharge nurse, and has intermediate technology title, simultaneously hasthe nursing undergraduate degree and has at least5years work experiences incommunity or have the community nursing master’s degree and at least2yearsexperiences in community nursing can have the right of prescribing. Only meetthe minimum qualification requirements for nurse prescribing rights, throughcommunity-related nursing training, assessment, certification of communitynurses, they could have the right to prescribe.After the community nursing and medical experts are conducted tworounds of expert consultation, the contents of community nurses prescribing arepreliminarily determined. The contents are laxative category, mild painkillers,superficial skin drug class, anthelmintic, ophthalmic drugs, disinfection andcleaning, diabetes instruments and test strips, fertility and gynecologicalproducts, ostomy care, urology class,guide catheter and equipment category,wound care products, sterile infusion class, common laboratory tests, thecommon medicine which the charge doctor agreed prescribing by nurses, a total of14categories.ConclusionAccording the community Experts reliability analysis, the results have goodcredibility.New point of view in this studyThe scope of discussion about nurses prescribing rights is expanded tocommunity, The qualification of community nurses and contents of commoncommunity prescription and laboratory test which they can prescribe arepreliminarily determined.Suggestion1.The relevant authorities Establish the management system to helpcommunity nurses get the rights of prescribing.2.Establishing and improving the relevant laws and regulations aboutnursing3.Grasping the developing situation of ourcountry, to expand the functionsof community nurses.
