Purpose:To analyze the related factors of cardiac arrest patients with successful cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, and to provide some references about clinical treatment. Methods:Collect the information of81patients with cardiac arrest and implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) from December2001to June2013in our hospital; divide them into a success group and a death group, with38patients and43patients respectively based on their cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation success; to contrast and analyze the related factors of the basic information、cause of disease、the meansures of CPCR.Results:The group A include23males,13females;the group B include26males,17females. The median age of group A is42.5year’s, the median age of group B is42year’s. The ROSC median time of group A is15.5minutes, the ROSC median time of group B is30minutes,compare the2groups that has no significant statistical difference (P>0.05). The brain function recovery median time of group A is0.8days, less than the brain function recovery median time of group B is7days, compare the2groups that has significant statistical difference (P<0.05). The cause of disease of group A has the cardiac disease11patients, the brain disease6patients,the lung disease20patients, the kidney disease3patients, the trauma and poisoning disease3patients, the others disease19patients, group B has the cardiac disease10patients, the brain disease16patients,the lung disease26patients, the kidney disease5patients, the trauma and poisoning disease10patients, the others disease30patients, compare the2groups that has no significant statistical difference (P>0.05). The brain disease6cases in group A,16patients in group B, compare the2groups that has significant statistical difference (P<0.05).On the meansures of Cardio Pulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation (external chest compression、breathing machine assisted respiration, electric defibrillation, external chest compression, ice caps and the low temperature, protect brain and regain of consciousness) compare the2groups that has no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).On the Logistic regres compare two groups factors of the brain function recovery time、the diuresis dehydrant pvalue、 the disease of the brain、the disease of trauma and poisoning has significant statistical difference (P<0.05),there are independent factors of CPCR.The other factors all has no significant statistical difference (P>0.05), there are not independent factors of CPCR.Conclusions:Conclusions:When cardiac arrest happened on the hospital, shorter time take effective measures of recovery, the success rate will be higher and recovery time shorter. brain disease and trauma and poisoning disease have lower cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation success rate, prognosis is poor. Thrugh constantly sum up and inprove experience of recovery measures that application for salvage cardiac arrest has a positive significance.
