Background and objectiveCardiac arrest (cardiac arrest, SCA) is in most cases of sudden cardiac death (sudden cardiac death, SCD) of the direct cause of sudden cardiac arrest, in a short period of time inside, if implemented correctly, timely treatment of patients, can save a part of human life, some people may even obtain a complete recovery.Since ancient times, in order to save the patients of sudden cardiac arrest, people continue to explore, in the last century sixty’s, finally get the development of milepost type, formed by the artificial respiration, chest compressions, defibrillation as main treatment measures of the modernization of the heart lung recovery model, through constant practice, improvement, the technology is the world save more cardiac arrest patients. In 2010 the new guidelines for CPR, powerful action into the team during cardiopulmonary resuscitation in out of hospital, but the complex changeable environment, involved in the rescue of professionals as hospital enough, how to give full play to the role of each member of the team, realize the maximization of the role of team cooperation in out of hospital cardiac arrest patients analysis of team cooperation, to shorten the recovery from out of hospital cardiac pulmonary resuscitation start time, improve the hospital outside the effectiveAbstractExploration of hospital cardiac pulmonary resuscitation, team cooperation mode is more effective, the enactment of this research, in order to shorten the hospital through the start of cardiopulmonary resuscitation time, for improving clinical cardiac arrest patients recovery success rate ofMaterials and methodsFrom 2013 January --2014 year in December my courtyard first-aid station reception for out of hospital cardiac arrest patients a total of 125 cases, all patients were aged between 17-60 years old, the average age of 45+2.46 years old, who had no history of heart disease or, no other serious foundation disease, all patients in the field are formed by a team outside the hospital environment cooperation first aid training emergencypersonnel performed CPR.126 patients with the 2010 January--2011 year in December my courtyard first-aid station accepts the prehospital cardiac arrest, all patients were aged between 17-60 years old, the average age of 43+2.16 years old, with no previous history of severe basic diseases, participate in on-site medical personnel to rescue, through the standardization of training skills of pre hospital first aid, personnel shortage situation the team training in first aid but not outside the hospital. Arrival time by comparing two groups, CPR time began to arrive at the scene, the beginning of the first electric defibrillation time on site, and the comparison of the scene to begin effective artificial ventilation time, two groups of patients recovery rate is compared, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the team and in cardiopulmonary resuscitation cooperation.ResultAge differences in the two groups was not statistically significant, two sets of paramedics arrived at the scene before the emergency reaction time compared to no significant (P>0.05); Two teams of officers arrived at the scene and started cardiopulmonary resuscitation time, first time for defibrillation, effective time of mechanical ventilation and the spot scene was starting to start first drug application recovery time compared to statistical significance (P<0.05); Resume compared two groups of patients with spontaneous circulation, recovery success rate was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionIn order to improve pre hospital patients with cardiac arrest resuscitation success rate, the most effective measure is to shorten the time to begin CPR, cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines 2010 edition emphasizes the importance of teamwork in cardiopulmonary resuscitation team, after standardization team training of pre hospital care, can effectively shorten the pre hospital emergency start cardiopulmonary resuscitation time, so as to improve out-of-hospital patients with cardiac arrest resuscitation success rate.
