Objective To study Explore the pregnancy of women of childbearing age bone metabolism of different age.Methods120healthy parturients, who have took calcium supplements and milk during pregrancy, with singleton and term delivery were selected in our hospital between September2012and november2013.These parturis were divided into four groups according to age,form20to25,25to30,30to35,35to40(Before25and is25years old group, before the age of30and30for30years old group,35and for35years before the age of35groups,40years old to40years old group and40year of age). Take on an empty stomach blood twice, in stages to detect serum bone metabolic biochemical indicators:Bone glaprotein (BGP), serum carboxy terminal telopeptide of collagen type I (ICTP, CTX), Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and Serum calcium(Ca), phosphorus (P)and magnesium concentration(Mg). To measure the radial density within postpartum five days. Observe all ages bone metabolic markers and bone mineral density and the dates were treated by statistics. Results In16week and32week of pregnancy, the mean BGP were25.80±15.05ng/ml、25.64±10.87ng/ml, respectively. CTX,0.40±0.23ng/ml、0.41±0.21ng/ml ALP,42.27±8.06u/L、43.73±11.73u/L. Serum calcium (Ca),2.22±0.17mmol/L、2.05±0.29mmol/L. Serum phosphorus (P),1.03±0.22mmol/L、0.98±0.20mmol/L. Serum magnesium (Mg),0.96±0.22mmol/L、0.89±0.19mmol/L. Bone mineral density (BMD) of postpartum women was0.46±0.11g/cm2.Compared with normal control group:all age pregnant women BGP、CTX and ALP had statistical significance (t=3.26~23.59, p<0.01).Serum calcium (Ca) of the32week pregnancy in25years old age group (p<0.01). Serum phosphorus (P) showed25years old age group16gestational age close to normal and the other time among all age groups were at a higher level (P<0.01).Serum magnesium (Mg) in25years old age group showed higher levels (p<0.01), the low level of35age group (p<0.01).The BMD is in20years old age group,35years old age group up to the peak (p<0.01),30and40years old age group close to normal.16week of Pregnancy compared with32week of Pregnancy, BGP, CTX, ALP and Serum phosphorus (P) increased significantly (p<0.01). However, Serum magnesium (Mg) and Serum calcium (Ca) reduced (p<0.05).Conclusions Pregnancy can affect bone metabolism and the index of bone metabolism is active with the increase of the gestational week. In the different ages of pregnancy, the most obvious effect of the maternity bone metabolism is in20to25years old age group,. On the other hand, the most is not obvious in35years old age group.
