Minichromosome maintenance proteins(MCMp) family is an essential regulator in the eukaryotic DNA replication,which is play an important role in in the initiation and elongation steps of DNA replication,expressed in the proliferative activity cells.And ensure DNA replication occurs only once in the cell cycle. When some factors lead to abnormal of MCM protein, the cell in resting stage will back into the cell cycle,and the replication of DNA is in an abnormal status, then result to tumor.So it is considered to be a new kind of tumor marker.In recent years,studies have found that MCM protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of gynecological malignant tumor, and is associated with the targeted therapy of it,which bring a broad prospect for the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor.
