The Clinical Observation Of Chimu Lotion On Postoperative Functional Rehabilitation Of Hallux Nail Flap

Objective: To explore the effects of the Chimu lotion on postoperative functionalrehabilitation of hallux nail,to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application ofChimu lotion.Methods: From September2011to October2013, a total of40cases were divided intotwo groups according to their compliance, test group (fumigate and wash with Chimulotion) and control group(fumigate and wash with warm water),20cases in each group.Patients began to fumigate and wash after the Kirschner wire was pulled for a week andthe wound has healed, to fumigate and wash for three months. To observe the functionof the thumb, sensory recovery, pain index of the two groups of patients on the daybefore fumigation and washing, and the function of the thumb, sensory recovery, painindex of the two groups of patients on the day three months after fumigation andwashing. Two groups of observation indexes for statistical analysis.Results: When after fumigation and washing, the function of the thumb, sensoryrecovery, pain index of the two groups ware compared has significant difference (P <0.05), The test group were better than control group in the above three aspects.Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine lotion Chimu lotion is a simple,effective method for the treatment of fumigation restoration postoperative thumb. Forrestoration postoperative thumb function rehabilitation initiated a new clinical thinkingand a new method.
