Objective: To evaluate the relationship between Spectral CT imaging of iodinevalue and CD105microvessel density(MVD) of lung carcinomaMethods:50patients underwent spectral CT imaging to get iodine value(Discovery CT750HD, GE Healthcare, Mliwaukee, USA)and were proved throughCT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy or operation. We examinedthe expression of CD105microvessel density (MVD) of lung carcinoma tissues bySP immunohistochemistry.(The difference of measured parameters was evaluatedstatistically by independent samples t test.)Results: Among all50cases, Spectral CT imaging of iodine value and CD105microvessel density of lung carcinoma statistical date were respectively(21.51±3.64)(17.45±4.27), Spectral CT imaging of iodine value were correlated withCD105microvessel density (F=27.877, p<0.05), CD105-MVD value increases withthe iodine value(F=27.406, P <0.001); Compared with the clinical indicators of lungcancer, iodine value and CD105-MVD value are no statistically significant on tumorsize and pathological classification, P>0.05. There were statistically significant onpathological grading, whether lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, P <0.05, twoindicators were negatively correlated with pathological grading, and passitivelycorrelated with whether lymph node metastasis, clinical stage. Conclusion: Spectral CT imaging of iodine value were positively correlatedwith CD105microvessel density of lung carcinoma, Spectral CT imaging of iodinevalue provides an effective method to assess lung carcinoma.
