Survivin is an newmember of inhibtor of apoptosis protein,which has strong anti-apoptosis and theregulation of the cell cycle,and the regulation of angiogenesis,which is mainexpressioned in cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast in the placenta tissues.Theabnormal function or out of adjustment discovered In both may lead to HypertensiveDisorder Complicating Pregnancy. Immunohistochemical method was used to explorethe expression and the relationship between AQP1and survivin in placenta。MethondsFrom Aug2010to Apr2011,44patients with hypertensive disorders complicatingpregnancy(HDCP) who delivered in General Hospital of Beijing Military Commandwere recruited in the study group(HDCP group),including15women with gestaunalhypertension(GH group),14women with moderate preeclampsia(MPE group) and15women with severe preeclampsia(SPE group).Another16healthy pregnant women were taken as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to investigatethe expression of AQP1in placenta。Results（1）the expression of AQP1in the placenta of HDCP group were significantlyelevated than that in control group,there were significantdifferences.(U=2.661,P<0.01),The expression of AQP1in the placenta ofHDCP.MPE.SPE,gradually increased, there were significant differences(P<0.05)。（2）the expression of survivin in the placenta of HDCP group were significantly notmore than that in control group,there were significantdifferences.(U=3.504,P<0.01),The expression of survivin in the placenta ofHDCP.MPE.SPE,gradually reduced,there were significant differences(P<0.05)。（3）The expression of AQP1and Survivin in placenta tissues was a negative correlation，（R=-0.299，P〈0.05）。Conclusions(1)The AQP1is expressioned in human placental villous trophoblast cells, vascularendothelial cells, cytotrophoblast in the placenta tissues，which is mainly distributedin the cell membrane or cytoplasmic the expression of AQP1in the placenta of HDCPgroup were significantly elevated than that in control group。With the disease diseaseincreases the expression of AQP gradurally rising, To some extent, AQP1in thehuman placenta expression associated with The incidence of pregnancy-inducedhypertension. AQP1may have been involved in the pathophysiology of the diseaseprocess of gestational hypertension.(2)Survivin main expressioned in cytotrophoblast syncytiotrophoblast in the placentatissues, which is mainly distributed in cytoplasmic. the expression of survivin in the placenta of HDCP group were significantly not more than that in control group.
