| Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of p38MAPK and MKP-1 in placenta from patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods:The expression of p38MAPK and MKP-1 were detected in placental from 120 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 30 normal pregnants women by immunohistochemistry.A random collection of delivery of 120 cases of obstetric maternal placental tissue in shanxi medical university first clinical affiliated hospital obstetric in March 2009-March 2010, in which 80 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(30 gestational hypertension,30 mild preeclampsia,30 severe preeclampsia),30 normal pregnant women. The changes of placental tissue were observed by light microscopy with Hematoxylin-easin staining staining, and the change of placental tissue p38MAPK and MKP-1 expressions were estimated by immunohistochemical technology. Experimental data of statistic methods:each group compares using one-way ANOVA, binary comparison between groups using LSD method,P<0.05 indicate significant difference. Results:The expressions of p38MAPK in the placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were significantly increased compared with that in normal pregnant group(P< 0.05).The expressions of p38MAPK of placenta in normal pregnant, mind preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia groups were gradually increased, there were significant differences among them (P<0.05).Levels of MKP-1 expressed in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were lower than that in normal pregnant group (P<0.05). The expressions of MKP-1 of placenta in normal pregnant, mind preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia groups were gradually decreased, there were significant differences among them (P<0.05).Conclusion:The changes of expressional levels of p38MAPK and MKP-1 causes the placenta trophoblastic cell to apoptosis are related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive. |
