Objective:By measuring model NGF and VEGF in normal pregnancy women and has a history of recurrent abortion of pregnant women villi and decidua expression and in the serum levels in the organization, and to understand the correlation between two factors and pregnancy.Methods:Randomly selected during July2012to July2013to shanxi medical university first hospital of obstetrics and gynecology clinic on25cases of recurrent abortion women as a group, the history for enquiry, combined with its related inspection and laboratory test, was diagnosed with unexplained recurrent miscarriage, randomly selected from the same period line abortion voluntary termination of25cases of normal healthy pregnant women as control group, the history of pregnancy women to have always no bad, at least one normal full-term birth history, respectively from two groups of pregnant women was peripheral venous blood on an empty stomach, collect after two groups of pregnant women abortion fresh villi and decidua tissue, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determination of NGF plays, in two groups of pregnant women serum VEGF levels; Model NGF and VEGF immunohistochemical method in two groups of pregnant women expressed in villi and decidua tissue, using SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze the data, measurement data with mean+/-standard deviation, said, is compared between group by using analysis of variance and t test, relevant data using Pearson correlation analysis, P<0.05for the difference is statistically significant.Results:1. The control group, there are more than one small nucleus, cytoplasm are ground-glass opacity to fit nourish cells, cells between border and clear, round nucleus is little bubbly to nourish cells, fit nourish cells and sertoli cell outer and inner layer of the villi, respectively, may be found in villi small blood vessels (see appendix figure1and figure5) in the appendix, decidual cells are arranged or polygon round, intercellular space is larger, smaller nuclei, visible to the papillary structure of glands, decidual stromal visible small blood vessels (see appendix figure3and figure7). And team structure shape is irregular, disordered arrangement, reduce fit nourish cells, nourish cells, cells atrophy degeneration, fluffy interstitial edema, blood vessels, visible lymphocyte, neutrophil infiltration (see appendix figure2and figure6), decidual cells are extrusion deformation, structure disorder, blood vessels, glands congestion (see appendix figure4and figure8). 2. In the two groups of pregnant women villi and decidua tissue can be found in the model NGF, VEGF expression tan particles, NGF plays, VEGF expression mainly in villi of sertoli cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus did not see obvious coloring, and relative research group, the control degree of dyeing depth (see appendix figure1-8).3. Model NGF, VEGF expression in pregnant villi and decidua in research organization and its levels in serum were reduced than the control group, compared two groups, p<0.05, differences were statistically significant (see table1and table2).4. Model NGF and VEGF in research group and the control group in the serum levels were positively correlated (r1=0.965,r2=0.733, p<0.05), the villi and decidua in the organization can not express correlation (r3=0.378, r4=-0.049, r5=0.542, r6=-0.175,p>0.05)(see figure A-F).Conclusion:1. In the two groups of pregnant women wool, wool decidual tissues are visible to model NGF and positive expression of VEGF, can be detected in serum of NGF plays, VEGF concentration, model NGF, VEGF is associated with placental angiogenesis.2. Model NGF, VEGF expression of pregnant villi and decidua in research organization and its level lower than control group, the serum tip model NGF and VEGF in the villi decidua tissues expression decreased, serum levels of fall, may be one of the causes of recurrent miscarriage.3, NGF plays, and was positively related to the level of VEGF in serum and suggest possible NGF plays by promoting the expression of VEGF, and indirectly contribute to the formation of blood vessels.
