Objective:To investigate the relationship between vitamin D levels and type2diabetes in different glucose tolerance status. Methods:To our hospital from January2013to1January201498cases receiving treatment in patients with newly diagnosed type2diabetes analyzed data, select outpatient examination of patients in the same period,40patients taken as a group of impaired fasting glucose/impaired glucose tolerance group,40cases of normal group. Patients admitted to hospital, medical staff to collect general information on the patient, calculating BMI, blood pressure, extracting calcium, lipids, renal function, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, fasting insulin, C-peptide. Patients with diabetic glucose tolerance test or bread meal test to measure insulin release, according to the homeostasis model (Homa) assessment insulin resistance index (Homa-IR), the sensitive index (IAI), B cell function index (Homa-B) and secretion index (IS). Serum25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-OH-D] electrochemiluminescence level. Among the three groups of patients by age, sex and other data were not statistically significant analysis indicators (P>0.05).Results:The experiment, three groups of calcium, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, uric acid, fasting insulin among the three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), High-density lipoprotein NGT group compared with the diabetic group, pre-diabetes group with significant differences (P<0.05), Creatinine comparison with diabetic group compared with pre-diabetes significant difference between group and normal glucose tolerance group (P<0.05), Three groups BMI, blood pressure, fasting glucose, glycated hemoglobin,25-OH-D has a significant difference (P<0.05). Test, age, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, glucose, glycated hemoglobin, BMI, and25-hydroxy vitamin D has a linear correlation. Among them, the age was positively correlated, others are negative. One of the greatest relevance of glycated hemoglobin, followed by glucose and BMI. Insulin secretion index Homa-B, insulin sensitivity index IAI, insulin secretion index IS and25-hydroxyvitamin D has a linear correlation are positively correlated (P <0.05).25-hydroxyvitamin D and Homa-IR has no relevance. Type2diabetes patients, by correlation analysis test, diabetic group of25-hydroxyvitamin D and Homa-B, IAI, IS and AUCi linear correlation, and insulin resistance index and OGTT in the early phase of insulin secretion index without linear correlation.Conclusion:1、25(OH) D levels among different groups were significantly impaired glucose tolerance, DM group were significantly lower than the normal group and pre-diabetes group.2、The lower the patient25(OH) D levels, blood glucose in patients with higher glycated hemoglobin, indicating that25(OH) D is an important factor in blood glucose regulation. Cholesterol, obesity, age can affect vitamin D levels in patients.3、Vitamin D may directly or indirectly affect islet B cell function and insulin sensitivity in type2diabetic patients.4、This study shows that vitamin D deficiency is an important risk factor for type2diabetes, clinical work should be valued and active treatment.
