Objective:To investigate the changes in serum vitamin D among different glucosemetabolism and their correlations. Methods:Select286patients with different glucosetolerance,According to the1999world health organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria fordiabetes are divided into:60cases of patients with normal glucose tolerance,60cases ofabnormal glucose tolerance (IGT or IFG) patients,166cases of patients with type2diabetes.Research object detection of25-(OH)D3level and parameters of human body, biochemical indexes, such as age, height, weight, blood glucose, fasting serum insulin, blood lipid, blood pressure, etc., at the same time calculation of the patients with type2diabetes, BMI, HOMA-IR, HOMA-B, IAI index, analysis of25-(OH)D3is associated withdiabetes, diabetes risk factors and the relationship between the islet function.Results;Type2diabetes and glucose tolerance abnormal serum25-(OH)D3level significantlylower than the normal glucose tolerance group, difference has statistical significance (P <0.05); Vitamin D, as one of the factors affecting the pathogenesis of type2diabetes, theactive style25-(OH)D3level is lower, the greater the risk of deeloping diabetes; Serum25-(OH)D3and Homa-B were positively correlated (correlation coefficient of0.354, p=0.354), while no correlation was inersely associated with homa-ir and IAI (p>0.05);Aging, obesity, high blood pressure, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) levels, such as the rise of diabetes related pathogenic factors may affect the level of serum25-(OH)D3.Conclusion:Serum25-(OH) D3level and glucose tolerance status is closelyrelated to a deficiency of vitamin D can promote role in type2diabetes mellitus progress.
