Objective:To observe the effect of Ticagrelor with Pushen capsules in Angina pectoris patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and its influence on the high sensitive C reactive protein (HS-CRP), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), MMP-9, IL-6and TNF-α。Methods:34cases of ACS patients with angina pectoris after PCI were randomly divided into2groups. The control group were treated with aspirin, statins, beta blockers, and clopidogrel. The united group based the treatment on the use of Ticagrelor with Pushen capsules. The course of treatment was4weeks. HS-CRP, LDL-C, MMP-9, IL-6and TNF-a were detected14d and30d before and after the treatment respectively. Blood and urine and Stool routines,PT,APTT,ive items of hepatitis B, blood glucose, blood lipid, troponin T,inflammatory markers, and liver and kidney functions were tested before and after the meditation. All the patients were observed in terms of symptoms, cardiovascular events and adverse these reactions below:HS-CRP, LDL-C level, MMP-9, IL-6and TNF-α.Results: The total treatment efficacy for the united group and the control group was94.3%and77.01%respectively, the former significantly better than the latter (P<0.01) After the treatment, HS-CRP, LDL-C, MMP-9, IL-6and TNF-a in the united group, reduced more obviously than in the control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:1.Male disease hospitalization rates far higher than women, the incidence of pre menopausal women than in postmenopausal women.2.The united method can improve patients’clinical symptoms of angina pectoris after PCI, reduce the level of HS-CRP, LDL-C, MMP-9, IL-6and TNF-a, and increase no chance of bleeding. It is a safe and effective method for the assistant treatment of angina pectoris after PCI.
