Clinical analysis ofthe relativity between blood plasma copeptin andaSAHvasospasm DiseaseObjective:forecast the relativity between blood plasma copeptin andaSAH vasospasm disease,advance warning,decrease the incidence ofvasospasm disease.reduce disability and case fatality rate.Method:select50patients of aSAHin the First Hospital neurosurgeryof Jilin University from1st, July.2013to31st, Dec.2013.All the aSAHare verified by the CTA or DSA.All the patients will be taken2mlEDTAwhich is used to copeptin detection and TCD inspection.Result:IN the3、5、7、14days inspection of copeptin result from50patients.They have different level rised compare with the matched group.Minimai value is8.2pmol/L,maximai value is38.7pmol/L,average valueis17.8pmol/L.In the course of disease takes the TCD shows:at the thirdday,there are18patients blood velociy is normal;there are25patientshave a little vasospasm,5patients are moderate vasospasm,2patients aresevere vasospasm; at the fifth day,there are16patients blood velociy isnormal;there are24patients have a little vasospasm,7patients aremoderate vasospasm,3patients are severe vasospasm; at the seventhday,there are12patients blood velociy is normal;there are28patientshave a little vasospasm,8patients are moderate vasospasm,2patients aresevere vasospasm; at the forteenth day,there are25patients blood velociyis normal;there are22patients have a little vasospasm,2patients aremoderate vasospasm,1patients are severe vasospasm.Conclusion:1、The blood plasma copeptin and the aSAH vasospasm have somerelativity.There are different level rised during the3-14days that in thecourse of aSAH patients,at a week it reaches its maximai value.2、 When the aSAH vasospasm Disease happened,during the3-14days,the blood plasma copeptin average value is17.8pmolL。 3、TCD inspection has some limitations at the vasospasm Diseaseassess,it does not replace DSA.
