After themice were killed and pathological changes in the skin of laboratory mice, using animage analysis system Olympus mouse skin thickness was measured byimmunohistochemical detection of COL-I and COL-III.Results:(1)skin after HE staining was observed in the model group compared withthe control group, skin thickness increased significantly the proliferation of collagenfibers, skin appendages decreased, blood vessels and some even blocked.(2)sub-group gavage, observed skin disease in mice with western management team toimprove the situation of the most desirable, followed by medicine group and thewestern group, no significant differences between the two.Conclusions: Continuous subcutaneous injection of bleomycin mice skin thicke-ning and hardening can meet the basic pathological changes of scleroderma skin ofmice modeling proved successful produced a mouse model of scleroderma.Experiments show that the medicine used in the treatment of scleroderma can becombined each other to shorten the treatment period, reduce the side effects of drugs.
