Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Cold Dampness stagnate type by the herbs moxibustion,and to discover a treatment of remarkable effect,simple method and little side effect.Methods:70patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group equally. The groups separately adopted two methods—herbs moxibustion and warming moxibustion on guanyuan, zigong, ciliao, shenshu. After periods of treatment(one month), we compared the clinical effect.Results:After periods of treatment, the total curative effect in the two groups was compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were4clinical cured,25marked effect,4effect among the33patients in experimental group, the total effective rate was100%; there were2clinical cured,9marked effect,17effect among the31patients in experimental group, the total effective rate was90.3%. The local signs curative effect was compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were13clinical cured,9marked effect,10effect among the33patients in experimental group, the total effective rate was97.0%; there were4clinical cured,2marked effect,19effect among the31patients in experimental group, the total effective rate was80.6%. The traditional Chinese medical syndrome curative effect was compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were8clinical cured,20marked effect,4effect among the33patients in experimental group, the total effective rate was97.0%; there were3clinical cured,6marked effect,15effect among the31patients in experimental group, the total effective rate was77.4%.Conclusion:The two methods both can improve the symptoms and signs of patients on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Cold Dampness stagnate type, but the experimental group was superior to the control group on total effective rate.
