Research Of Correlation Between Syndrome Pattern Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Expression Of Prognostic Factors Of Breast Cancer Before Surgery

Objective:Breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in women, with increasing incidence in recent years,especially more serious in the pathogenesis of breast cancer in China.Its morbidity and mortality rate higher than that of the developed countries, pose a great threat to ourphysical and mental health of women. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer has a long history, in improving the life quality of patients with breast cancer. Prolong the survival time, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy has a considerable advantage. The purpose of this study with the progression of breast cancer prognosis method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The TCM syndrome elements and TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, receptor, genecombination, re-veal the inherent correlation to guide the clinical treatment of syndrome differentiation and treatment..Method:The prospective study design,observation form, the included studies in patients with TCM syndrome differentiation. Correlation factors of breast cancer syndrome elements and TNM staging, tumor histological grade, lymph node metastasis, receptor, gene analysis. Using the SPSS17.0software, descriptive and non parametric chi-square test.Results:Breast cancer patients before operation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency patients TNM staging of tumor, the sentinel node and axillary lymph node metastasis, the positive rate of HER-2is the lowest,Ki-67is the lowest.Blood stasis patients TNM staging of tumor, the sentinel node and axillary lymph node metastasis opportunities, HER-2positive rate is the highest, the positive rate of Ki-67the highest. Through statistical analysis, there are significant differences.Conclusion:Breast cancer before operation of different TCM type and TNM staging, tumor histological grade, hormonereceptor, lymph node metastasis, cancer related genecorrelation analysis suggested that prognosis of different TCM syndrome types can be prompted to breast cancer in a certain extent. Patient of liver stagnation and spleen insufficiency syndrome have the best prognosis and patient of blood stasis syndrome have the worst prognosis.
