Objective: To investigate the correlation between characteristics of Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)and the tumor size, molecular biological indicator and axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods: A total of 109 female patients with breast cancer were investigated. All patients were examined by CEUS without any treatment before the operation, and the pathological examinations were confirmed after the operation, and.According to the maximum diameter of the tumor based on ultrasound measured, they were divided into two groups.Breast cancer lesions more than 20 mm marked group G1,while less than 20 mm marked group G2.Then the correlation between the characteristics of CEUS and the tumor size, molecular biological indicator and axillary lymph node metastasis were analyzed. The enhancement pattern and quantitative parameters were included in the characteristics of CEUS.And enhancement order, enhancement degree, perfusion defect, peripheral vascular convergence and enlargement of the enhancement area were observed in enhancement pattern, while AT,PPT,PI,RS and AUC were assessed in quantitative parameters.Furthermore, the prognosticvalue of enhancement mode, tumor size and molecular biological indicator for axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer was analyzed.Results:(1)Comparison of enhancement degree, perfusion defect and AUC between the two groups of tumor size showed statistically significant differences(<0.05).There were no significant differences either inenhancement order, peripheral vascular convergence and enlargement of the enhancement area or AT,TTP,PI and RS between the two groups of tumor size(>0.05).(2)A significant correlation was found between perfusion defectand ER,HER2(<0.05).And there was positive correlation between PPT,RSand HER2(<0.05),while there was no remarkable correlation betweenenhancement order, peripheral vascular convergence, enlargement of the enhancement area,AT,TTP,PI,RS and PR,Ki-67.(3)There was a significant difference in perfusion defect between the two groups with axillary lymph node metastasis or not, while there was no significant difference in titative parameters between the two groups.(4)Binary logistic analysis showed that both perfusion defect(OR=2.641,=0.024)and breast cancer lesions more than 20 mm(OR=3.228,=0.006)were independent prognostic factors of axillary lymphnode metastasis in breast cancer.Conclusion:(1)Some characteristics of CEUS have certain correlation with tumor size, molecular biological indicator and axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.(2)Both perfusion defect of CEUS and breast cancer lesions more than 20 mm were independent prognostic factors of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
