As Lysimachiae Herba is the traditional Chinese medicinal, the using for current clinical is increasing, the study of its formula granules have important meaning.This study did systematical researeh to six different sources of Lysimachiae Herba, including water, ash, acid insoluble ash and extract determination, TLC and micro. Using HPLC method to determine the content of main active ingredient quercetion in Lysimachiae Herba. Using UV spectroscopy to determined the total flavonoids in herbs, these all add content of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Carrying out some extraction process on Lysimachiae Herba Granules. Using L9(34) orthogonal design, take the decocting time, added water and decocting times three indexes as the investigation factors, with the evaluation index is the rate of extract. Lysimachiae Herba being selected with ten times water for two hours every times and refluxed for three times were the optimum extraction process. Three validation test shows that this method is reliable.This study discussed the preparation process for the formula granules. Carry out Lysimachiae Herba powder in the best extraction process,then use the wet system, and get it. In the quality control study of Lysimachiae Herba Formula Granules, checking identification like TLC, as well as water, melting resistance and particle size were studied. Lysimachiae Herba Formula Granules consistent with Lysimachiae Herba, they have the same fluorescent spots in the corresponding position, indicating the same original medicinal ingredients. Finally, determining the index components quercetin’s content,the result transform that1.0g Lysimachiae Herba Formula Granules have the sanme content as2.87g Lysimachiae Herba. The contents of five mental elements from high to low is Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu successively.97.11%to102.94%were the additional standard recoveries of samples. The content determination method is stable and accurate, and can provide a reference.
