Observation Of Relationship Between Efficacy And Different Dose Of Herba Lysimachiae In Paishirongshi Tang

Objective:This research take the Chinese medicine theory as the instruction, take the clinical practice as the basis, through observation row of Paishirongshi in soup lysimachia christinae different dosage and stone treatment result relations, discussion lysimachia christinae clinical practice best dosage, thus instructs well clinical, inherits well with the innovation Chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients will be involved from the clinic and inpatient of urolithiasis with the type of Damp-heat in the lower energizer, who will be separated at random into A group(n=30) and B group(n=30).A group is the lysimachia christinae big monitoring team, the lysimachia christinae amount used is 100g; B group is the lysimachia christinae convention monitoring team, the lysimachia christinae amount used is 30g; Two groups take 3 weeks as a treatment course, observes two treatment courses. The main observation target for the treatment around the cardinal symptoms and the symptom, the routine urine test, the uropoiesis is change situations and so on ultrasound, evaluating the therapeutic effect and Security.Results:1.Comparison of the total clinical effect:After two groups were treated for 6 weeks, we have found the following results:of the A group (30cases), complete response was 16 cases (53.4%),partial response was 10 cases(33.3%),non-response was 4cases(13.3%), total efficiency rate was 86.7%;Of B group (30cases), complete response was 11 cases (36.7%), partial response was 9cases(30%),non-response was 10 cases(33.3%),total rate was 66.1%.A group was much better than B group (P<0.05).2.Comparison of improvement of the clinical symptoms:Both A group and B group could make low back pain and dysuria, and kidney pain better (P<0.01).In the respect of curative effect of TCM symptoms, of A group(30 case),17 cases got the clinical cure,7 cases got the rate of effect,4 cases got valid,2 cases was null and void, the total curative effective value was 93%; Of B group (30 cases),13cases got clinical cure,7cases got the rate of effect,5 cases got valid,5cases was invoid, and the total effective rate was 80%;Through chi -square test, the clinical curative and efficacy rates existed a significant difference between the two groups. The result have shown us that A group was better than B group.3.The comparison of routine urine test and B scan resoult:When two groups were treated for 6 weeks respectively, the respects of routine urine test and lithiasis in urinary system all had improvement in some varying degrees.Comparison between two groups, the two group had the same effect in improving routine urine test, but A group had much better effect in improving the size of lithiasis, the difference was significant(P<0.05).4. Safety comparison of two group:Paishirongshi Tang (100g Herba Lysimachiae is used) have good Clinical Safety, During the treatment,we had not found any adverse reactions and toxic effect. Conclusions:1.These study indicated that in the aspect of treating the patients with lithiasis in urinary system, Paishirongshi Tang are efficient in symptoms alleviating and raising life quality of patients.2.Paishirongshi Tang contains the function of passing stones or decreasing the stone size.3.It can obviously enhance the improving of clinical symptoms and the efficiency in decreaseing the size of lithiasis,when increase the dose of Herba Lysimachiae in Paishirongshi Tang.4.Paishirongshi Tang(100g Herba Lysimachiae is used) is very safe, efficient and has little side effect, therefore, it is worth promoting this treatment.
